Art nouveau flower shop, Brussels

This photo and more info from this site.  ”This is a really cool art nouveau building. It’s located in Brussels (13 Rue Royale) and was built in 1896 by architect Paul Hankar. It has been used as a flower shop and was called ‘Chemiserie Niguet.’  This is a scan from an old postcard.”

Fire Glass :O
Fire glass produces more heat than real wood, and is also environmentally friendly. It gives off no smoke, it is odorless and does not produce ash. You are able to stay toasty warm without cutting down trees and the specially formulated glass crystals give off no toxic deposit.

“Swimming Pool is conceived by Leandro Erlich in 1990. It is an art installation with a permanent home at the 21st Century Museum of Art of Kanzawa, Japan. Swimming Pool allows visitors to look down into a seemingly full pool of water with fully clothed visitors walking around the bottom of the pool. From below, the blurry vision of looking up when underwater is recreated using a thin piece of glass with water running over top of it.”
