Do you have a collection of anything?

Yes.  Rocks, MAD books (especially Don Martin), other books, quotations, music, images here.

Tumblr Suggestion

xye:

Tumblr is a wonderful site.  It has some wonderful features.  Some of those features make it easy for the lazy and the selfish to deny credit to those who have created some of the imagery that all of us enjoy.

While many take pains to give credit to the artists, there are some who not only fail to give credit but also take the time to remove the artist’s stamp.

Personally, I choose not to follow or reblog the worst abusers.  But, I wish it was possible to do more to discourage such selfish behavior.

There is a “like” toggle.  Perhaps there should also be a “thief” toggle or some such indicator and some way to easily see who are the worst abusers.  This would allow those who feel the artists deserve credit for the work they do to reward those who give credit and discourage those who don’t.

Perhaps there is a better way, but I feel that Tumblr could do some things that would help increase the number of people honoring the artists who make this site so popular.

Agreed.
